Since 2013, Govinda’s Catering has been your go-to for delicious weekly meals that are the heart and soul of our business. Every week, we create a mouth-watering menu featuring three entrees, two grains, a savory dish, and a sweet treat. Order à la carte or enough to feed the whole family—the choice is yours! We're thrilled to announce our new selection of pies and desserts, now available for pre-order with no minimum order required. VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE

Govinda’s Catering started in 2013 with weekly meals. Weekly meals are our life and blood, our standing gig. Nearly every week of the year we put together a menu of 3 entrees, 2 grains, a savory and a sweet. The idea is that you can order an item a la carte or you could order enough food to feed your whole family. We have now expanded to include a full selection of pies and desserts for pre-ordering. There is no minimum order. As always, all our food is vegan, and gluten-free. Other allergies will be noted in the menu descriptions.

Black Bean & Sweet Potato Chili____________________$12

Bundle and save when you buy 3 frozen entrees at once. This Saver's pack offers a 17% savings over buying the entrees individually! Use the notes or special instructions section to indicate which 3 pints you would like. *Note: The sale only applies to dishes that are normally $9 or $8 a pint.

Black Bean & Sweet Potato Chili____________________$12

This hearty chili is reminiscent of mole, combining typical chili spicing with cocoa, sweetener, and smoky chipotle. *soy-free, nut-free. Contains corn, nightshades, & cilantro.

Black-Eyed Pea Masala____________________________$12

Based on the Punjabi dish "Bhuna Lobia," this simple curry enhances the beanalicious flavor of black-eyed peas with tomatoes, garam masala, and fresh cilantro. *soy-free, corn-free, nut-free. Contains nightshades.

Chole__________________$12

These chickpeas in a bold, spicy tomato gravy are a North Indian favorite. *Soy-free, corn-free, nut-free. Contains nightshades & cilantro.

Coconut Lime & Tofu Soup____________________$12

Mushrooms, tofu, ginger, seeded jalapenos, and cilantro are steeped in a coconut & lime broth to form a fragrant, tea-like soup. *GF, corn-free. Contains soy, coconut, cilantro & nightshades.

Green Split Pea & Carrot Dal ________________________$12

Simply wonderful thick and creamy dal made from green split peas, carrots, parsley, and mild spices. *soy-free, corn-free, nut-free, cilantro-free, nightshade-free.

Lemon Rice ____________________________$6

Moroccan Lentil and Carrot Soup__________________$12

Spiced with Harissa Paste and Ras el Hanout, this silky bowl of creamy goodness sings in your mouth and all the way down to your stomach. *soy-free, corn-free, nut-free, nightshade-free. Contains cilantro.

Peanut Butter Chickpea Curry ___________________$12

Chickpea curry with carrots, squash, peppers, in a delightfully spiced peanut butter sauce. *soy-free, corn-free. Contains cilantro, nightshades, tree nuts & peanuts.

Saudi Spinach and Chickpeas _________________________$12

Chickpeas, spinach and tomatoes are paired with lemon, olive oil, and a blend of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and smoked paprika. *GF, soy-free, corn-free, nut-free, cilantro-free. Contains nightshades.

This Provencal soup combines zucchini, green beans, white beans and pistou (the French version of pesto). *soy-free, corn-free, cilantro-free. Contains tree nuts & nightshades.

WHO WE ARE

My name is Rangadevi Dasi, the proud founder and owner of Govinda’s Catering. With over 30 years of experience in a plant-based lifestyle, I understand the challenges and rewards that come with such a dietary change.

Many people are inspired to embrace a vegetarian or vegan diet due to health concerns or a deeper understanding of the ethical implications of the dairy and meat industries. Regardless of the reason, navigating this new dietary landscape can be daunting, especially when also removing gluten.

Imagine eliminating not just animal products but gluten too. It might feel like you're saying goodbye to your favorite indulgences – doughnuts, meringues, marshmallows, cakes, cookies, and more. But at Govinda’s, we believe that a healthy diet should never mean sacrificing flavor and joy. Our mission is to make food that is both nutritious and delightful.

At Govinda’s Catering, we’re passionate about vegetables, grains, and nuts – not just salads. We know the frustration of being offered only a salad as a vegetarian option.
